11 August 2023 at Unity Croquet Club
Unity played their first Local League fixture of the season at home to Colchester on Friday 11th.
Unity won 9-2. Despite losing the opening doubles game, we had great success in the singles, winning 9 of the 10 matches.
The Unity players were Susan Vipond, Paul Wood, Ken Andrews and Simon Ironside.
The second leg of the fixture is away at Colchester on Tuesday 29th August.
Thanks to Sally Wood for all her help with the hospitality after the game.
